It’s been over a year since animal prints took over the fashion world. Leopards, sneaks and now zebras! In my opinion these prints are fun and playful so it didn’t take me long to jump into this trend.
Zebra top in my look is actually a swimsuit, which I can’t wait to wear this summer. It’s from H&M Studio SS19 collection. I love that this print is never boring (even when you pair it with all black, like me)!
I really enjoyed wearing this outfit. I felt confident and fashion-forward at the same time. However, I also have my eyes on some other gorgeous zebra prints. Love to share them with you.
It was a sunny morning, so I thought why not use the perfect chance to dress in my favorite cycling short. Never the less, I wanted to walk out my dream shoes (since last spring, when Celine showcased them on PFW).
Even though I wore this look to work, I think it is a perfect day-to-night outfit. While heels and blazer make it dressy and professional, this shorts keep it all comfy!
Obviously, I couldn’t help but add some golden details. Works perfectly with the beige accents on shoes. I’ve really been into belts over blazers, recently. I guess this is partly an influence after the last Dior show, where feminine silhouettes and highlighted waistlines were celebrated to the fullest. And talking about PFW- while I absolutely loved shows like, Isabel Marant, YSL, Jacquemus and Chloe, I would say that Celine’s previous collections (and again, my new shoes, which I am so grateful about) looked more appealing to my eye than the collection by Hedi Slimane. I see this as a different esthetic, which is simply not my personal preference.
This was a quick outfit post, which I enjoyed wearing and sharing! Hope this inspired your next long day outfit at any extend.
Last Monday turned out to be perfectly productive for me. Other than finding time to run all the errands and getting small things done, I took a little detour to snap this outfit, starring my new baby bag! This cutest Simon Miller mini nubuck bucket bag has been intriguing me for a while before I got my hands on it. Turns out that this tiny one can fit more than I thought and it makes any casual look so much more upscale.
Shortly about the rest of the outfit: My shoes are Zara (probably inspired by Celine boots, that’s what they remind me), very into these shapes right now. Sweater is COS (great quality! Similar here). Love the long, chunky sleeves and the texture. White shirt underneath is H&M Studio collection AW17 (with high cutouts on the sides). And tailored pants are from Mango. Little tip: I like to roll up the pants in an uneven, effortless way to make tailored pants look casual and cool.
Hope you enjoyed this #ootd post just as much as I felt about wearing and carrying it!
